Eliminate frustration and expand patience through knowledge of how your riding position affects your horse in positive or negative ways. Break through some of the misconceptions that are commonly applied in the training realm. Proper technique is much more effective than “riding a horse to submission and/or frustration”. As the exercise gurus know, “10 proper crunches or 100 sit ups – your choice”. The basic techniques and concepts we will use are universal to all disciplines. The main focus will be to achieve correct balance and throughness for Hunter Under Saddle, Western Pleasure or simply a supple and responsive ride.
